A collaborative kitchen space and culinary incubator featuring six kitchen suites, a small bakery space, and a bulk food production area, available for rent to caterers, private chefs, food production companies, food trucks, food educators, and health professionals.


Kitchen Collab started as an idea seven years ago, and has grown to become the first and only collaborative kitchen in North Lake Tahoe. We are excited to provide a space where we can all share, build and celebrate the vibrant food culture of our community. It is our goal that as a member, you will feel empowered to pursue your own ideas and take your business to the next level, whatever that may be.

We’re providing our members with a fully equipped commercial kitchen, complete with 12 prep spaces, cold and dry storage, specialty equipment and support from our kitchen stewards. Our business center and culinary library provide the space and resources to manage your business outside the kitchen. When you want to display your hard work, our drive bay and conference room serve as event space for large and small gatherings alike.
