HOW TO CARVE A TURKEY WORKSHOP with CHEF ALEX TOLGER

Pricing: $95 for 1.5 hour workshop includes;
seasonal appetizers, warm mulled wine, take-home rotisserie whole chicken meal with two sides (feeds four).
Event Description: In collaboration with Atelier Workshops, Chef Alex Tolger of MOGROG Rotisserie shows you exactly how to prepare, roast and carve a turkey correctly with care and intention. He’ll also cover important knife safety and handling to keep you looking sharp in front of your holiday guests this year! His staff will be serving up small plates to keep you satiated and they’ll keep your wine glass full. Each guest will leave with a roasted chicken meal to enjoy at home.
*Guests must bring their own chef’s knife!

Event Description: Join us and the Tahoe Food Hub for the first night of their Fall 2018 Community Soup Night series. Community Soup Night brings our community together so we can enjoy a savory and affordably-priced meal made from local, sustainably-grown ingredients. The event is a fundraising collaboration of two local, non-profit organizations, Tahoe Food Hub and Slow Food Lake Tahoe, who are committed to creating a more sustainable food community.
